We are looking to recruit a Regulatory Assistant who will support the regulatory team on key projects for Greece and Exports.


Key Accountabilities:


Assist the regulatory team to:  


  • Prepare, maintain and update local product registration and regulatory compliance files
    • Ensure the registration and regulatory compliance of all Biocidal and personal care products managed by RB Hellas.
    • Amend registration dossier as necessary for country specific regulatory requirements and submit or oversee submission of registration applications and negotiate with governmental authorities to obtain rapid approvals with favourable labelling and claims
    • Prepare, complete and assembly regulatory submissions (both international and domestic).
  • Update the labeling in all Greek artworks
  • Maintain local regulatory database
  • Update internal and external databases
  • Maintain and report measures of product registration and regulatory compliance performance
  • Manage local statutory reporting requirements, as required





  • 2-3 years of experience in similar position (previous experience in Biocides or Consumer Healthcare would be considered a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry , Biology, Pharmacy
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory registration systems.
  • Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English language with strong verbal and written English
  • Excellent level of written Greek language
