We are looking to recruit a Regulatory Assistant who will join the team on a 6month contract to support on tasks related to a specific project.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Assist the regulatory team to:  

  • Prepare, maintain and update local product registration and regulatory compliance files
    • Ensure the registration and regulatory compliance of all Pharmaceutical products managed by RB Healthcare Hellas
    • Amend registration dossier as necessary for country specific regulatory requirements and submit or oversee submission of registration applications and negotiate with governmental authorities to obtain rapid approvals with favourable labelling and claims
    • Prepare, complete and assembly regulatory submissions (both international and domestic).
  • Update the labeling in all Greek artworks
  • Maintain local regulatory database
  • Update internal and external databases
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to address significant safety and/or regulatory issues relating to our products
  • Assist the Regulatory and Medical Affairs Manager into Monitoring and interpreting local regulatory issues and trends that might have an  impact the marketability of company products.
  • Maintain and report measures of product registration and regulatory compliance performance
  • Manage local statutory reporting requirements, as required

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science
  • Broad knowledge of regulatory and healthcare registration systems.
  • Previous internship or experience working within  Regulatory Affairs  would be considered a plus
  • Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English language with strong verbal and written English
  • Excellent level of written Greek language
  • Knowledge of main MS Office tools
