eCommerce Coordinator - Health

We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy eCommerce Coordinator & Telesales Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract! You will be responsible for developing and executing RB’s B2B platform and Telesales communication and sales across the pharmacy universe. This is a role that will be based in the Head Office Sales team but work alongside the Sale Field Team to increase understanding and awareness of Key Pharmacy Digital and Pharmacy Store level Customer requirements. You will become an expert in the Digital Pharmacy Customer, both B2B and B2C. 


Your role will include but not be limited to: 

•    Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for RB B2B Portal Customers including NR / TS delivery, Order & Customer Distribution metrics, Store Engagement / Loyalty and Acquisition KPIs. 
•    Work in close partnership with Pharmacy Accounts and Field Sales teams as well as cross functional Trade, Brand & Marketing to ensure implementation of customer category strategy and best in class 4P execution within the B2B Portal Space
•    Work with Pharmacy Accounts and Field sales to manage State Customers as key stakeholders with RB B2B Portal
•    Implement promotional & marketing strategy for RB B2B Portal (including Trade, Marketing & business focus requirements)
•    Provide IMS and Nielsen sales and trend insights data to the business team along with recommendations regarding Pricing & Promotional for RB B2B Portal Customers strategies drawn from both syndicated & internal data 
•    Develop Effective relationships in Top un-covered Independent stores to achieve new product distribution targets and core range distribution & meet cycle sell in volumes and budgets on core and seasonal categories
•    Ensure all Territory Coverage & Frequency KPIs are achieved / exceeded for un-covered pharmacy universe
