Customer Service Manager

 

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Ensure order to invoice process is processed accurately & timely according to KPI
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Communicating proactively with all Customers on current and future supply issues including monitoring of customer Service levels.
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships internally with sales/key account manager team & externally buyer/supply chain team from customer to ensure supply is optimised and any exceptional supply issues are quickly and effectively resolved

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with successful customer services experience gained in FMCG or OTC or Retail. 
  • Someone who has the hunger and desire to take this function to the next level.
  • Previous exposure to sales forecast processes, S&OP processes, order to invoice processes, and a general knowledge of manufacturing/distribution management will be a plus.
  • Action-orientated and energetic, with a focused pragmatic approach to problem solving and drive to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
  • You'll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities.
