    1. Plan the total and by channel brand strategies.
    2. NPDs  and EPDs exploration with alignment of Innovation team.
    3. Gaining key insights from data and market visits and applying it strategically in practice.
    4. Leading ATL/BTL strategy of the brand 
  2. Contribute for development and execute brand plan
    1. Domestic EPD/NPD – ensure smooth launch of NPD in all aspects (ATL/BTL and 4Ps) to be in line with Launch Recommendation.
    2. Drive growth in Ecommerce.
    3. Project management of other key projects.
    4. Present to Lead team for certain projects in monthly marketing day.
  3. Opportunity analyst 
    1. Market Share – Monthly Nielsen analysis of category and competitors.
    2. 4P tracking – collaborate with trade marketing to understand competitor’s monthly activities.
    3. Collaborate with agency on competitor’s activities.
  4. Financials
    1. Own the Brand P&L to deliver plan NR and GM.
    2. Manage spending
