Senior Manager, Global Wellness, Performance & Compliance

Role Purpose:

The Global Compliance Quality Team manages the quality performance of the Health Wellness & Personal Hygiene (HW&PH) cluster, provides oversight of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality compliance programmes including managing the key Global procedures for the HW&PH group of factories and HW&PH External manufacturing Quality teams, maintenance and upkeep of the HW&PH suite of self-assessment standards such as Highly Protected Risk for Medicines and Medical devices, Minimum Standards for  Hygiene product standards. The team uses risk-based methods to generate and manage the HW&PH Cross audit plan and supports the Hygienic Design network and related activities within the HW&PH group.  The team provide quality metrics KPI collation for the HW&PH group of factories and utilises the metrics data to drive continuous quality improvement within the HW&PH group. In addition, the team provides support and or leadership for selected continuous quality improvement projects.

The team aids the HW&PH group to help ensure the factories and External Manufacturing Quality groups remain compliant with regulatory requirements for the countries of manufacture and product sale through compliance with RB’s QMS and internal standards.  Specifically, the group will partner factories in the preparation for, hosting of and completion of responses to international GMP audits.

Skills and Experience required
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a quality and or regulatory compliance function in a Healthcare, Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device related industry.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a robust QMS in a Healthcare, Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device related industry. 
  • Good understanding of typical regulatory requirements relevant to a regulated product e.g. EU GMP, WHO, PIC/S, CFR 21 Part 111/ 210/ 211/ 820, ISO stds 13485 + 22716, etc..plus others.
  • Good working knowledge of Industrial Pharmaceutical Microbiology and Hygienic Design requirements.
