HR Analytics Trainee Healthcare

Barcelona, Catalonia 

As HR Trainee you will work and support in all C&B key projects and processes to ensure we deliver the best solutions to internal and external stakeholders across Iberia.

This role requires advaced Excel acumen to be able to perform functions such as: VLookup, pivot tables, charts, etc. to ensure data accuracy and clean-up.

  • Support with car fleet updates
  • Support with Journey Registration tool
  • Support in GDPR documentation
  • Support with PO creation and workflow approvals
  • Creation of monthly reports: PCF, hires, leavers, headcount, HR company and card follow-up
  • Work with local providers (mainly AON)
  • Tools: SAP, SuccessFactors and Excel
  • Managing confidential data

  • You are finishing your degree in Business Administration / Economics (or related studies) being able to do a full-time internship.
