Talent Acquisition

  • Working on our Candidate Journey to improve key touchpoints and overall experience 
  • Increase our Brand Awareness wih digital and non digital channels 
  • Implementation and coordination of Employer Branding actions 


Talent Development 

  • Coordination of our Learning & Development Local Plan 
  • Manage Online Learning Communities 
  • Ensure constant Feedback Pulse Checks and track of key L&D KPIs to improve learning experience
