Key Account Manager



Conduct and execute KA MJN and full year target to achieve business growth objectives.

Manage, plan, develop and evaluate sales activities of KA. Provides advice, counsel and direction to territory sales for efficient and effective execution

Annual contract negotiation and budget control within target.

Analyses and interprets KA data and applies that information to develop business plans to promote business growth.

Provides feedback to Trade marketing, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty.

Performs other related KA-related duties as assigned by management.

Manage and communicate with regional filed sales team to enhance the in store execution rate via smoothly communication and cooperation.

Carry out the key initiatives, e.g., omini channel development and operational follow up with account. As well as work closely and gain support from cross functional teams, e.g., Trade Marketing team.


Ownership of sales KPI performance

Manage all account related target & budgets: Annual sales target, monthly sales target, promotional budgets, advertising and sales development budgets.



Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and potential sales opportunities for new business.

Communicate crucial market, trade and competitive information on a timely basis.



Develop and maintain high visibility with account key decision-makers and decision-influencers to advance business opportunities.


Have the experience of distributor management and account management.

Analytical, numerical and commercially driven

Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills

Team player with ability to effectively work and communicate cross functionally

Ability to plan and invest limited resources to maximize results and ROI
