You’ll manage complex development projects that ensure we can deliver health innovation today, tomorrow and in the future. You’ll develop new and disruptive technologies. You’ll work with third parties. You’ll explore ‘white spaces’ and find new areas where we can make an impact.



· Responsible for strengthening sensory and consumer science capabilities through execution of methods and tools, inclusive of adopting new practices incubated by the S&CSE Capabilities and New Practices team. 
· Responsible for identifying new sensory and consumer science insight relevant to the SWB category. 
· To support the embedding and execution of the Consumer Technical Model across the organisation and wider business
· Responsible for the strategic planning and execution via the teams of numerous research programs in all the key markets 
· Support peer managers and team members in driving continuous improvement programs within S&CSE
· Ensure that all product research meets the legal, regulatory and safety requirements of both the geography of study and RB’s internal policies.
· Responsible for personnel management of the direct reports, training and team engagement.
