Long Description

We are looking for an MBA student to join our sales organization as a Global Sales Intern. This position is responsible for the development of a global project that will be critical to the future success of RB’s.  The role will be entail learning the US market in depth in the Spring, building the model out using the largest market in the world.  The role will then take those principles to the Global HQ of RB in Slough, UK to leverage scale globally.  Upon return to the US in the Fall, the Global Intern will complete the project and begin full execution on a global scale.  Expectation is that their will be a final presentation to the most senior RB leaders globally by the endo f the internship on learnings, strategy implemented, and projected.



  • Building a cohesive global reporting package on financials, market performance, supply chain and relationship status
  • Collecting best practices from all major Walmart markets global to synthesize and present back to business
  • Executing and delivering upon a Global Customer project brief to be given on week 1
  • Supporting retailer engagement of local Walmart International Team
  • Working with multiple disciplines across multiple markets in sales, marketing, finance and supply chain
  • Support the Global VP as needed day to day
Short Description


  • Must be enrolled full time in the MBA program
  • Prior experience in related fields (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Advertising) a plus. 
  • Commercial awareness, sense of urgency and achievement.  
  • Strong analytical skills, financial skills and P&L understanding.  
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize. 
  • Ability to work part-time 20 hours in the Spring and Fall within the local Rogers office
  • Ability to relocate for 10-12 weeks in summer to UK and work full time
  • Entrepreneurial and creative. 
  • Resilient and able to respond well under pressure. 
  • Ability to influence. 
  • Fluency in English.
