The Director WMT International responsibility is to generate growth and profitability opportunities for RB while aligning with WMT International strategic direction. To assure maximum integration in RB’s BUs and functional areas the position will report into the Global VP Walmart Inc with strong connectivity to US and Global Customer Service and Logistics.

Internally this role will work closely with all in-country stake holders including BU, Sales, and Supply Chain Leadership in addition to the RB WMT Customer Teams. This role will work to impact or develop strategies and priorities associated with WMT International. This would include areas such as Collaborative Planning and Forecasting, improving OSA, optimizing logical flow an enabling technology. Integration in demand generating project work is a must to assure best service to the shopper specifically .com.

Experience Requirement:

1.Prior experience as within CS&L or Sales, experience working for Walmart or a Global Supplier 
2.Prior experience must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a wide variety of initiatives across a wide scope of business / geography.


Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

1.Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and administrative skills.  Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to make an effective and professional presentation.  Must present a professional image and be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
2.Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
