Consumer Experience Manager - Hygiene

If you want to be a part of our amazing team, we are looking for a "eCommerce Consumer Experience Manager" for the following responsibilities;

  • Be an active member of E-commerce team, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset
  • Craft and maintain online portfolio strategy:
  • Build deep understanding of E-commerce portfolio and identify opportunities for Portfolio optimization, particularly Gross Margin optimization; guide Business Development team on portfolio strategy
  • Have deep understanding of SKU prioritization based on Traffic & Conversion rate trends
  • Maintain a Portfolio Master plan of Always On campaigns and key BDIs that feed into Platform Master plan (usually more granular level and maintained by BDMs)
  • Ensure Catalog discipline through execution excellence on PDP and SIS
  • Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to WOW (!) Consumer Experience management; focus across all Moment of Truth,
  • Apply eCommerce Traffic model to work back from sales target to identify key levers to achieve those targets.
  • Work cross functionally, engaging internal and external touch points
