We are seeking a HR Advisor to join our Health HR Team!

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the wider HR team, Global C&B Managers/Leads and other stakeholders (e.g. Finance) this role will proactively plan, run and communicate the annual reward calendar for the company to ensure all key activities are expertly planned and executed on time and according to policy
  • Manage compensation programs, including annual compensation review and bonus plan administration; compensation analyses; benchmarking of roles; and conducting job evaluations
  • Responsible for managing and creating all HRIS reporting for the HR department and related requests from the organization
  • Processes internal transfers, status changes, and promotions as well as Performance Management. Ensures that the appropriate documentation is completed in the system and all state-specific or job-specific requirements are met
  • Develop, enhance, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with corporate HR strategy, local policies and local Law/regulations.
  • Work with the Hiring Managers, understand the market to run targeted search campaign as part of Talent Acquisition Process
  • Act as a change agent and lead key change management initiatives for the business. Participate in the broader division and HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives

 

Is this You?

  • Proven experience as a C&B specialist gained ideally within FMCG/ Pharma sector
  • Min 3 years of exp. & Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Superb analytical skills; work with large amounts of data
  • Comfortable with leading and implementing projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to analyse and provide insight from internal and external data
  • Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi task and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment
