Medical Affairs Manager

The position resides within the SEE cluster Marketing function and will assume responsibility for  Healthcare Professionals marketing across all Health brands with focus on Romania (80% of time). The key focus will be on development of Healthcare Professionals activity plan and detailing content.

 

 

You’ll succeed because you... 

  • Are an experienced proffesional in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, with science/medical background
  • Have excellent understanding of Regulatory Affairs and HCP environment
  • Have demonstrated experience in development of Advisory Boards, including Chair development, speaker liaison, use of outputs.
  • Demonstrated experience of development of materials for use by detailing Sales team.
  • Have experience in running conferences and exhibitions activities such as Sponsorship, Trade Displays, Speaker activity, sampling, branding activities.
  • Have strong commercial awareness including P&L understanding.

  • Work with Category Marketing Managers and contribute to develop the Healthcare Professionals strategies that support the overall attainment of brand goals, in both pre and post marketing phases.
  • Develop and prepare tactical deliverables in line with the agreed HCPs strategies for the assigned brands. This will consider the technical/scientific as well as commercial arguments
  • Develop annual HCPs marketing plan
  • Identify key HCP conferences, seminars and exhibitions and position RBs participation in these events

 

The role is open for a determined period of 9 months (maternity cover).
