Professional Relations Manager

Responsibilities

- Build strategic professional relations plans across selected healthcare brands in the RB portfolio

- Acting as liaison responsible for identifying and co-ordinating the RB/KOL matrix relationship with decision makers/influencers, strategic relationships and partnerships with KOLs, professional bodies and relevant organisations to deliver company and brand objectives

- Set up and lead key healthcare meetings and conferences and manage events where KOLs participate on RB's behalf such as symposia and advisory board meetings

- Work collaboratively with the brand marketing teams in the development of fully integrated HCP marketing strategy and plans, that are linked to the growth strategy for RB

- Deliver motivating scientific knowledge to support marketing tools and materials to drive grouwth in selected healthcare products and work closely with field sales to support the execution of professional relations plans

- Effectively manage the professional relations budget to deliver the professional relations plan

- Liaise with global category teams to ensure alignment with global professional relations strategy

- Monitor relevant legislation, NHS and phrmacy structures, medical issues, trends and guidelines in the allocated region and identify and manage risks and opportunities

- Develop necessary SOPs for professional relations within RB, working with relvant stakeholders

 

Professional Skills and Competencies

- Professional Healthcare qualification i.e. Pharmacist, Nurse, Doctor.

- Sound experience and knowledg of the Country healthcare industry and NHS, ideally having worked previosuly with HCP.

- Ability to build good internal and external relationships and challenge confidently with professional or external relations experience gained ideall in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical amrkets as well as previous experience of KOL development and management, preferably within the Primary Care sector.

- Ability to think strategically to identify synergies between groups of individuals and organisations.

- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop strategies, and measurable implementation in line with opportunities and changes within the market.

- Knowledge of relevant healthcae practices, codes of conduct, and how these impact marketing plans

- Insightful, with the ability to consolidate complex information, interpret and construct straightforward plans.
