Key responsibilities:

  • Develop our biggest brand’s – Finish (leading auto dishwashing brand globally and locally) - growth platform, recommend innovation pipeline basing them on relevant consumer & trade insights for the Hungarian and Adriatic markets
  • Define the marketing plans and lead the implementation to increase key internal and external KPIs (net revenue, profitability, penetration, market share)
  • Closely cooperate and lead joint campaigns with our Dishwasher Manufacturer partners like Bosch
  • Build the media plans and localize the marketing assets (TV copy and digital asset localization)
  • Localize Global 4P strategy and propose priorities for the individual markets, in this highly promotion driven category
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Managers to ensure brand strategies and masterplans are executed
  • Manage operative tasks related to our systems with the factory to ensure flawless execution of portfolio changes and artwork changes, cooperate with Demand, Supply, Regulatory and Factory teams
  • Manage the allocated marketing budget, create and track own PO-s



  • At least 3 years of work experience within FMCG primarily in Marketing, and/or Trade Marketing (someone from brand manager role or experienced junior brand manager are also welcome))
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills (Nielsen, Dunnhumby knowledge is an advantage.)
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solver mindset
  • Action-oriented and motivated by outperformance
  • Ability to manage complexity under time pressure with keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Advanced English (written and spoken, business language)
