Junior Medical Marketing Specialist

to join our team in the Budapest office.

fixed term 1 year contract

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the HCPs communication strategies and communication tools that support the overall attainment of brand goals
  • Develop of cycle programs for assigned brands to support the RB Detailing and HP Sales Teams
  • To develop the annual HCPS medical marketing plan, specifically ensuring that key recommender issues and initiatives are identified, and resources agreed in the planning process
  • In collaboration with Medical Affairs manager, identify key conferences, seminars and exhibitions involving Healthcare Professionals and position RBs participation in these events
  • Deliver motivating scientific knowledge to support marketing tools and materials to drive growth in selected healthcare products and work closely with field sales to support the execution of KOLs and HCPs plans
  • Preparing and delivering training support for the internal stakeholders (including competitor analysis data).

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English both in written and oral
  • Experience and knowledge of the LOCAL healthcare industry and Associated Governmental organizations, ideally having worked previously with practicing Health Care Professionals
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare practices, codes of conduct, policies and how these impact marketing plans
