  • Deliver all activities related to the implementation of regulatory and product safety strategies for Reckitt Benckiser Hygiene products within the HU and WB  business 
  • Responsibility for preparation and coordination of regulatory submissions and strategies. 
  • Manage and co-ordinate the resolution of regulatory and product safety issues affecting the HU and WB Hygiene & Home products 
  • Provide regulatory affairs support and consultancy to internal and external customers within the HU and WB business in a professional way 
  • Work closely with external partners, authorities, inspections, local trade associations, distributors, contractors to ensure that regulatory affairs issues are properly managed and resolved 
  • Approval of artworks and promotional materials from a regulatory point of view 
  • Keep record of the documents, maintain a regulatory database 
  • Assist the Regulatory Director Poland & EE and Global and Local Functions to implement Company regulatory, safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures



  • Academic degree in Chemistry, Biological Science or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a Regulatory Affairs environment with chemical and/or cosmetic products, ideally with biocides
  • Ability to understand and interpret directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively to the relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to develop, communicate and execute regulatory strategy for advancing RB growth in close alignment with Regulatory initiatives, and to contribute to increasing business results by addressing the needs of the customers
  • Hands-on experience in developing new products, line extensions and product improvements
  • Presenting a proactive approach towards opportunities to improve the business and willingness takes risks
  • Strong project planning and estimating skills related to the area of expertise 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Communicative English
