As a Sales Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure timely and accurate delivery on given administrative, analytical and project tasks.

You’ll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Key Account Managers
  • Deliver tailor-made flyers / insert & image pages and x-brand activities based on KAM and partner input / request
  • Support and Deliver on tailor-made promotions (e.g. drawing promotions) based on KAM input / request
  • Support key account team in administration related tasks
  • Sales Project Coordination
  • Performance of Sales Analyses ad-hoc and standard (Share, 4P, Financial data)
  • Supporting Senior Management with Sales related analyses and proposals
  • Manage customer's request and complaints (pricing, invoice, delivery etc.)

You’ll succeed because:

  • Minimum bachelors degree ideally in a business-related subject
  • FMCG experience as sales assistant or in Finance / Controlling is advantageous
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong IS skills with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Results oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
