  • Manage total brand marketing & activations
  • Revolutionize BTL activities to a MEGA full year activation
  • Work with marketing team to make seasonal campaigns holistic 
  • Identify long-term endorsement bodies and build partnerships
  • Work with Legal / Regulatory to ensure contracts are in place
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely payments and smooth running of all programs
  • Update organization monthly on the progress of the brand activities
  • In close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs/ opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
  • Day to day management and coaching of the Assistant Brand Manager(s)
  • To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
  • To contribute to the development of category strategies
  • To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Budget management
  • Networking - Agency and stakeholder relationships
  • Local market knowledge – rules / laws etc
  • Exposure to agencies in the region
  • Understanding of 360 activations – On-ground activity + media amplification
  • Manage stakeholders – Upwards / Downwards / External (this will only be possible if he has worked in a similar role)
  • Consumer centric and interested in data, always seeking data to substantiate arguments
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to influence Strong analytical skills Creativity Financial skills, P&L understanding
  • Willing to relocate internationally to pursue career opportunities
  • The business language in Reckitt Benckiser is English, therefore fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is advantageous
