PNE Sales Effectiveness Manager


1. Work with PNE marketing, sales team and other relevant teams to communication protocol for sales team, and set up the communication and tracking system. 
2. Work with marketing team and HQ team to set the sales KPI, and get alignment with sales team. And modify the KPI based on the business requirement. 
3. Work with sales team and other function team to develop/modify the dashboard and report template.
4. Do some analysis to drive business and help to improve medical sales force effectiveness. Work with sales team to identify the business issue and problems, help to drive business development. 
5. Train the sales team, HQ team to understand KPI tracking guideline and the SFA system operation, and ensure the sales execution. 
6. Regular/Irregular review and revise the target plan and communication plan. 
7. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze resource management.
8. Regular/Irregular random check the data in SFA system.

1. Minimum of 5 years in healthcare/FMCG related business as supporting function, priority SFE fuction. 
2. Experience on the development of SFE system and tracking plan to improve medical sales effectiveness. 
3. Experience in medical sales/medical marketing. 

Technical know-how: 
1. Mastery of computer and data analytical skills. 
2. Knowledge of internal and medical field sales functional roles and responsibilities. 
3. Knowledge of sales information and analysis skill. 
4. Strong reading and written communication skills in Chinese as well as in English. 
5. Knowledge of SFA/Veeva system.
