Position Summary:

RB eCommerce Key Account Manager is a position intended for creating & implementing eCommerce Customers Strategy & Plans to develop the channel, focus on Pure Play & Bricks & Clicks accounts with a end to end vision. 

 

Responsibilities:

Best in class account management end to end process: Sell-In, Sell-Out, Tracking, Learning & Improvement with focus on overdrive the accounts.

Ownership for Price & Promotional Plans for customers.

Ensure creation, implementation, tracking & deliver Customers JBPs.

Lead execution of Best in Class content across accounts.

Partner with Performance Marketing for creation & execution of eCommerce Customer activations.

Responsible for Customers investment.

Responsible of Forecast accuracy to ensure perfect execution of customer plans.

Responsible for eCommerce Scorecards maintenance & share across relevant stakeholders.

Organize, manage and maintain documents, calendars and roadmaps related to Customer Plans.

Lead annual customer Planning.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Ability to operate Office tools and experience with Excel (basic formulas and dynamic models).

Analytical ability and skilled to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.

Prior experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce

 

Minimum Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English
