HRBP

SUMMARY

Under central guidance, play an active HR role in supporting EAST. Have full function understanding to EAST business. To provide HR advice and service to EAST management that drives and reinforces RB culture and people strategies to reach EAST goal. Keep developing a highly quality TEAM.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responsible for manpower planning/resource and recruitment operation to make sure human resource can meet business requirement
  • Responsible for office management inclusion of discipline, calendar, team activities, office renovation/maintenance, employee relationship management, cost control and legal employment etc.
  • Set up good employee relations program are in place, to keep team member good climate, high morale and effective communication.
  • Responsible for training needs survey and fetch good training course in to ensure that the employees get adequate training to meet business needs a self-development
  • Support supply controller to supervise employee’s expense process related to HR area
  • Support managers on people management to focus on good demonstration and valued result delivery.
  • Really to get involved in business matters to provide HR advice on problem solution.
  • Working with HQHR on PDR and EC system to ensure an effective performance assessment in EAST organization and Talent Program running effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Leads campus recruitment of management trainee, Leads and monitor management trainee’s program, to ensure Program gains and maintains accredited status, keep management trainee growing continuously and Program is successfully completed.     
  • Monitor talent development, assort with managers and keep proper people in place to cope with business needs
  • Responsible to manage employee’s entry, change and termination processes in time.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6-8 years experience in HR and administrative work, at least 3 years management experience. Possess all-round HR knowledge such as HR processes, Recruitment, Staff compensation & benefits, IT infrastructure, Office Administration, Cost Controlling, Training, Performance management etc.
  • Familiar with China/local labor & social law
  • Team worker with good command on systematic research and project management
  • Good leadership representation
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • University degree
  • Professional HR affiliations (HR Institute of Management or equivalent)
  • Good command of office computer software (PowerPoint, Excel, word)
  • Good at Cantonese and written and spoken English
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to a variety of ethnic cultures and personalities.
  • Maintains effective performance under pressure.
  • Stays positive
