The Graduate will be expected to support a broad range of marketing activities which will require you to work cross functionally with; but not limited to Sales, Finance & Regulatory.  Involvement in the administration and planning of brand campaigns and the opportunity to use your creativity, express ideas and make a real contribution to the organisation and its mission.

Scope of responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of category strategies.
  • Analyze brand and market trends and recommend actions.
  • Develop and analyze promotion programs.
  • Communicate cross-functionally to understand business needs.
  • Contribute to Reckitt Benckiser innovation by delivering a product development program to generate consistent sales and profit growth.
  • Develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans.
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans.


  • BS degree in a business related discipline (marketing, sales, etc.)
  • Upto 1 year of marketing experience 
  • Strong commercial awareness
