Pharma Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in their respective district. Focus is on educating and detailing pharmacists to better understand and being able to recommend our product portfolio.

Summary of Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for establishing relationships with pharmacists in their district
  • Responsible for KOL management in the district
  • Establish, develop and maintain a business relationships with existing/prospective customers to generate new businesses for RB’s products.
  • Meet budgets with a focus on profitability and results
  • Observe current GDP legislation – Good Distribution Practice
  • At all times keep updated on current rules and guidelines in GPD legislation



  • Min. 2 years in healthcare business
  • Min. 2 years within a sales function
  • Documented strong result
  • KOL management
  • Influencing and negotiation
  • Network within FMCG



  • Bachelor or master’s in, Economics Business administration or equivalent (optional)
  • Pharmaceutical education is an advantage
  • Sales rep experience in pharmacies is an advantage
  • Fluency in Finnish and English

Specific job skills:


  • Confidence in communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization
  • Valid driver license
  • Understanding of sales drivers in pharmacies and drugstores
  • Market and sales driven and motivated by proving measurable performance
  • Good understanding of Trade marketing and category management
