Student Worker - Sales, Finland

In RB Health, we believe that our success is driven by extraordinary people and now we look for a Student Worker to support out Sales team in Finland.  


The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Data analysis of product details, product sell-out rates and profitability
  • Monitoring market developments, e.g. competitive pricing and product launches
  • Update product details, such as price sheets and product specifications data
  • Help preparing in-store execution plan and materials, especially preparing product display documentation that includes working with several internal systems, supply organisation, warehouse operation and local marketing.
  • Drive specific projects and to support the local team.
  • Develop and support the KAM delivery of 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
  • Support the development of Joint Business Plans and key category projects (BDI coordination, roll-out and communication to field sales, executional assignments associated with Category project)
  • Support analysis including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts



  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor/ Master programme in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International business or equivalent



  • Fluency in English and Finnish

  • Understanding of basic business finance
