Aseptic Packaging Operator

  • Follow all documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines
  • Follow the Hazardous Analysis & Critical Control Points program
  • Knowledgeable in and follows all Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures , Work Instructions, and Training Materials
  • Complete training on the Depalletizer, Palletizer, Case Packer, Labeler, Material Supply and Relief areas
  • Ensure compliance with Production Batch Record. Prepare and/or approve necessary paperwork
  • Execute the proper manufacturing non-conformity segregation of containers
  • Follow all Visual Management and Lean manufacturing practices  
  • Understand the Key Performance Indicators, track KPI progress, communicate discrepancies, and drive improvement plans
  • Critical decision making and recommendations around process critical control parameters
  • Coordinate the segregation of product due to a potential quality defects
  • Take appropriate steps when production line conditions and/or checks do not meet standards
  • Provide samples for Quality Control
  • Perform the cleaning/sanitation of product lines and equipment
  • Inspect packaging components for defects
  • Assist in changeover of equipment
  • Perform the set-up, operation and loading of components, changeover, adjustment, inspection, lubrication, cleaning, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of Aseptic equipment



  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Ability to check information both quickly and accurately, follow work instructions in practical work related setting, apply basic rules of arithmetic, troubleshoot & problem solve mechanical issues, lift up to 50lbs, and bending, etc.
