Aseptic Technical Operator

  • Follow all documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Follow the Hazardous Analysis & Critical Control Points program
  • Follow site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Training Documents
  • Complete training on the Clean in Place (CIP) and Sterilize in Place (SIP) of the line and equipment
  • Complete all operational training on the line and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Batch Record
  • Perform all Aseptic test procedures
  • Execute the proper manufacturing non-conformity segregation of containers
  • Understands the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), tracks KPI progress, communicates discrepancies, and drives improvement plans
  • Participates in Root Cause Analysis and other troubleshooting
  • Responsible for critical decision making and recommendations around process critical control parameters
  • Coordinate the segregation of product due to a potential quality defects
  • Initiate appropriate paperwork/documentation
  • Take appropriate steps when the production line conditions and/or checks do not meet standards
  • Provide samples for Quality Control
  • Assist in changeover of equipment



  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
  • SAP System - inventory, GI, GR
  • Ability to train others, check information quickly and accurately, follow work instructions in practical work related setting, apply basic rules of arithmetic, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and lift up to 50 lbs., etc.
