Global Process Lead – Plan to Schedule (PTS)

 

Primary Areas of Responsibility

  • Develops and maintains expertise on all Global PTS Supply Chain business processes including S&OP/IBP processes, demand and supply planning, production and subcontracting planning systems.     
  • Develops and maintains expertise on all supporting PTS systems; SAP SCM APO, IBP, SNC (VMI), PPDS and SAP ECC, and BI/BW/BobJ (reporting and analytics).
  • Ability to analyze PTS systems and business processes and provide recommendation for optimizing both, incorporating SAP and industry best practices. 
  • Ability to understand market requirements around Demand Planning and integrate into an IBP solution and drive efficiencies for better forecasting capabilities. 
  • Solid working knowledge of Reckitt Benckiser business or other FMCG Process industry and an in depth understanding of key business areas to align technology solutions with business needs.
  • Interprets and/or ensures business requirements are translated to and delivered from Information Technology team.
  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize regional/local changes, and bring forward for stakeholder approval. Effectively manage the process change development process and drives continuous improvement.
  • Works closely with the PTS GPO to develop and execute a Strategic road map for the PTS process for optimizations/continuous improvements.
  • Utilizes systems expertise to train and develop team in the optimal utilization of all supporting systems both within current capability and as system capability evolves and expands.
  • Responsible for leading business process or system optimization projects with global scope.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or technical discipline.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence varying levels within the organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within, supporting SAP or delivering SAP projects within one or more of the following business processes:  S&OP/IBP, Demand and Supply Planning, Plant and Subcontracting Planning on HANA database preferably.
  • Available to travel globally 10+%.
