This position is a core member of the Marketing Operations / eRB team with the purpose of managing the US IFCN ON-Package Label Material submissions team, overseeing the review process ensuring proper approval, sign offs and electronic warehouse control of approved ON and OFF-label assets. This position will ensure strong, accurate on-product messages are delivered and warehousing of packaging and marketing assets to continuously drive the business.

•    Establish, maintain and communicate the US IFCN Label Development process to/among a cross-functional team consisting of US IFCN Marketing, Retail Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, Production, Medical, Legal, Package Engineering, Quality Assurance, Label Development staff and other critical teams. 
•    Manage team and agencies responsible for all packaging artwork projects initiated by US Nutrition IFCN business unit.  Supervise the internal contracted label development and asset control team consisting of print specialist, proofreader, graphic artist, art director and LEX specialist. Ensure the team has the appropriate work tools, abides by the work rules and follows corporate procedures.

  • Ensure all design work is coordinated through external agencies, helping to maintain consistency across design elements so that the Enfamil brand’s corporate identity and brand agencies are maintained.  Ensure that labels comply with mandated internal design standards.
  • Maintain a working knowledge base to keep abreast of changes to FDA and other Regulatory labeling requirements.  Monitor all label request forms (LRFs) and actual labels to ensure adherence to Regulatory design specifications and standards.
  • Manage the Spanish translation process with internal and external agency personnel.

•    Manage relationship with broader Marketing team as it relates to LEX

  • Ensure training available and process knowledge maintained across marketing
  • Providing consistent updates on LEX project status

•    Manage and have understanding of asset database for US IFCN Nutrition on and off-pack creative

  • Manage team that maintains asset library ensuring proper cataloging and retention that meets company guidelines and requirements
  • Ensure training available and process knowledge maintained across marketing

•    Manage the software and platforms utilized to support this role and ensure user access is properly monitored and controlled.
•    Operate within the defined budget.

US Additional requirements

•    BS or BA degree in Business or other related field required.
•    Demonstrated effective leadership of cross-functional team with differing business priorities and objectives required.
•    Demonstrated strong project management skills required. Certification a plus.
•    Understanding of the LEX process desired
•    Prior knowledge and understanding of infant formula, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry highly preferred. 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills required
•    Prior supervisory and/or agency management experience preferred. 
•    Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
