Assistant Manager, CARE Platform Innovation


Responsible for CARE projects on both commercial / solution enabling with internal / external working party with strong marketing insight and well project organization / planning skill

  •  Manage eCRM business operation
  •  Working with CRM agency (operation / technical) for eCRM projects management from initiation until go-live
  •  Work with MJN internal team for eCRM project co-ordination and communication management
  • Clearly define CARE product (Mini program…) function and prototyping
  •  Fit CARE product into desired CARE user journey, map to CARE user experience guide book
  •  University education, Marketing, Communication; Digital/Mobile Technology know-how.
  •  3~5 years of CRM / E-commerce experience  
  •   Experience in managing WeChat related consumer engagement digital product development and relevant projects deployment (Major deployment is on Wechat platform)  
  •  Excellent 3rd party communication and vendor management skills
