Consumer Offers Strategist

Summary

As the Performance Marketing Team is an integrated function with both centralized and dispersed resource this role will work very closely with multiple departments, colleagues and stakeholders to help them to achieve their goals, this role’s goals and shared common goals

  • This role will be responsible for the overall strategy and implantation of both the incentive and loyalty marketing programs. This role will leverage innovate and best practice approaches to deliver highly personalized, easy to understand and rewarding programs for our consumers.
  • This role will work closely with the own team, internal departments and our partners to implement and manage programs that driven retention and growth, are highly differentiated and are focused on the needs of our consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the tracking of all acquisition and retention offers across all channels
  • Owns the offer agenda and advises best practice
  • Tracks all external offers & loyalty schemes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the role of incentive and loyalty programs in driving growth and retention and relevant industry best practices, KPI’s and the changing landscape
  • Understanding of the role of data in programs 
  • Fascination and interest in the latest developments in digital, programs and platforms
  • Strong understanding of the emerging omni-channel eco-system
