Content Manager

Summary

Responsible for overall social media’s content strategy, development and performance to drive brand affinity, word of mouth and member acquisition. Identify mums’ key inflection points across their 1000 days journey and develop highly relevant content to engage with our target consumers. Deploy agreed content strategy across key touchpoints mainly on digital including Wechat, baby verticals, Ecom and official websites but not limited to those.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content operation of social media content, mostly Wechat, baby verticals may also include Weibo official website, etc.
  • Build new pieces of content for member acquisition and driving impression for MJNs (hot topics, Mums’ testimonials, creative contents, etc.)
  • Create and optimize copy for marketing campaigns and members events
  • Help shape the strategic vision and goals for the entire content strategy across mums’ journey and their applications across key social platforms
  • Support the Content Lead in planning, developing and executing a wide range of content projects and marketing events
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Experience of journalism, new media, content marketing or 4A agency
  • Heavy user of social media platforms, excellent audience insights and content sense
  • Good English reading, listening, speaking, writing skills, basic skills of writing business email in English Basic data analytic skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
