Marketing Manager

Job Overview

Fully responsible for Enfa portfolio development, including mid to long term portfolio development base on consumer and trade / channel insights, ideas generation, set up & manage innovation projects, identify best way of working / approach to leveraging global agenda to accelerate portfolio development and work with cross functions to drive successful GTM plan

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain comprehensive knowledge of IMF category regarding market intelligence, consumer needs, trends and propose strategy & portfolio development plan and get management alignment. Proactively update status and drive decisions when necessary
  • Proactively work with global team to best leverage expertise and resources to achieve speed to market in portfolio development. Actively engage in project development, provide inputs to concepts, marketing mix, and gain approval / alignment with local key stake holders. 
  • Lead and drive local/Greater China innovations with inputs from key stake holders
  • Lead the project gate approval process from idea generation toe launch, work with brand team to drive GTM plan development, ensure timelines are achieved, proposals are approved
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Must be an independent self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and an affinity for producing high quality, creative work 
  • The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced & changing environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environment & ambiguity, initiate and drive to deliver programs with cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to interpret data to optimize marketing programs 
  • Relationship management experience with agencies
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven successful experience in the annual marketing plan development, new product launch.
  • Proven successful experience in marketing skills such as Advertising skills, packaging skills, consumer promotions skills, financial skills, trade promotion skills, market research skill.
  • Proven knowledge in digital marketing
Education & Experience


  • Bachelor Degree, majored in business or marketing
  • MBA is preferred


  • 7-8 years’ experience in “product manager” with proven business building results.
  • Successful new brand and new product development experience is needed.
