Product Manager

Overview

 

Responsible for managing and coordinating the business activities relative to assigned product in order to attain short and long-term product sales and profit objectives. Serves as the central focal point for all developmental activities related to assigned product, providing overall direction to functional specialists.

Responsibilities

1.    Develop brand / product business and marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics, delivering value added results through superior execution.

2.    Translate overall project objectives to specific work group priorities and coordinate with inter-functional areas to ensure project progress to completion.

3.    Develop monitor plan metrics to track and control effectiveness of activities, and accurately identify any deviations from plans. Carries out post implementation reviews and shares learning in order to improve future events.

4.    Work with research team/ external research agency to develop product and market research plans and analyze data to identify issues and brand specific opportunities.

Requirements

- University graduate or equivalent preferably with major in marketing and/or nutrition related study.

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years marketing experience, preferably in handling FMCGs
