Assistant BSI Manager

  • To lead, co-ordinate, manage and handle the scaling up all existing Impact Investments.
  • To visit target geographies frequently to formulate new and impactful Impact Investments with the help of the local teams and to understand the gaps and highlight the trends
  • Providing strategic directions to scale up existing impact investments as a key point between state government, business and the community
  • To maintain an ongoing relationship with the partners to whom donations are given, ensuring that regular meetings take place so that each party is aware of current developments and status of the program being implemented by the partner.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Business in the Community
  • Stay connected to the EHS team and the business units to ensure that the CER funds are spent judiciously and in time.

Professional Qualifications/ Experience


  • 5-7 years of experience in the industries, with proven expertise in areas of Nutrition, Strategic Reputation Communication, Statistical Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in Public Health/Public Policy
  • Demonstrative & Strong Strategic communications skills
  • Design Thinker
  • Self-starter, action-oriented, resourceful, can take a project or program from start to completion
  • Charisma, thinks on the fly, can balance personality and professional perspective with business objectives and priorities.
  • Very Strong Work Ethics
  • Ability to multitask
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and drive, with ability to build programs and campaigns from concept through execution.
