As Global Senior Brand Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing category and segments growth strategy, leading to a robust global innovation pipeline
  • Leading multiple global NPD-EPD innovation projects
  • Deployment of innovations to teams across various geographies around the world
  • Identifying best practices and developing Global Success Models
  • Key point of contact representing Global Category Team with Local marketing teams across the world
  • Supporting in development of purpose-driven global brand strategy
  • Supporting in development of Global planning process leading to approval of 5-year growth plan
  • Category Information Management and analysis, including financials, market shares and competitive information

You’ll succeed in this role if you have a passion for consumer marketing with strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals. You must be able to demonstrate a knack for generating relevant insights through deep consumer understanding and/or in-depth analysis of primary / secondary researches. You must be able to while lead challenging projects independently with cross-function teams, guiding them towards desired brand/project objectives. Since the applicant will be dealing with countries around the world, must be open to flexible working hours. The top requirements are:

  1. MBA in Sales & Marketing from Tier 1 Institute
  2. Preferably 6-8 Years of relevant experience, must be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment
  3. Thorough knowledge of sales & marketing processes and has a strong commercial awareness
  4. Track record of delivery, goal oriented, sets clear priorities and meets deadlines - resilient and able to perform under pressure
  5. Self-motivated, initiative driven and positive influence
  6. Result oriented and entrepreneurial with ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  7. Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect details data, analyze and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements
  8. International outlook with high level of communication ability and presentation skills
  9. Ability to understand and work within the framework of the overall company strategy
