E-Comm Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for delivering superior sales fundamentals in select E-commerce customers with national/international footprint and delivering NR, Trade spend and GM objectives of RB. He/She will also be responsible for online 5P execution, compliance, implementation of RB Global/local success model in online activations.

He/She will be assisted in his role through shared commercial and logistic resources and is expected to play a leading role in directing the operations team on plans agreed with the customer he/she handles.

He/she will be the point of contact with the category team of the account and will be responsible for driving strategies and building tactics. Internally he/she will liaise with the internal stakeholders in marketing, trade marketing, finance and supply.

  1. Accountable for delivering Revenue, Market Share, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals of RB within the E-commerce customers.
  2. Deliver profit story to ensure new products/initiatives of the company are packaged and aligned to the customer plans. (Making presentations to the customers on the listing of NPDs, negotiating for closure of agreement on activations and ensuring availability on the site on regular basis)
  3. Negotiate the annual trading terms with the customer in line with overall strategy and objectives in sync with the NKAM
  4. Responsible for reviewing the assortment at customer level 
  5. Responsible for negotiating features and placement assets with customers and continuously track and review the execution of the same.
  6. Sell category development story to customers
  7. Responsible for negotiations on visibility with customers by selling them the story on promotion
  8. Build quarterly promotional plans with the customer and cascade down the plan through the operations team. 
  9. Responsible for listing of promotion with the customers
  10. Involved in negotiation of vendor agreement
  11. Conducts business review with customers, collects data from customer and analyze it and share it internally with the team for necessary actions. 


  • An MBA from Premier B-school with 2-3 years of relevant experience
