Job Title: Senior Brand Manager - Acquisition

Location: RB Health, HCMC, Vietnam

Package: Competitive Base Salary


The role 

  • Define, redefine or create (new product) brand positioning and champions the integration of the global equity / messaging and implications to the organization. 
  • Drive perceived brand value (equity) and differentiation with consumers and HCPs through a solid brand image ensuring all elements of brand execution is consistent with this equity and position.  Set the direction for brands to ensure consistency of communication approach leveraging agencies and senior managers for direction.
  • Develop LEX/approved brand messaging to support the brand positioning to guide all channels in tactical execution. Guide the other brands who carry similar messaging (DHA, prebiotics, fibre, formats, etc.).  Provide messaging direction for Medical Marketing and ensure consistent deployment.
  • Work with agencies and senior managers to develop initial creative direction providing the direction for brands and develop media plan for IF portfolio.
  • Become Vietnam marketing contact for all innovations related to Acquisition and lead innovation opportunities for Vietnam.
  • Develop a strong relationship with global counterparts sharing/understanding opportunities and direction to drive higher brand performance and influences direction to ensure Vietnam priorities are taken into consideration.

You’ll succeed because…

  • You’re a University Degree Holder, You’ve designed 2-3 year marketing strategies and activity plans to achieve business and brand goals
  • You have at least 5 years experience of working at an international company
  • You have experienced working effectively on cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives and have knowledge on WHO code and VN Breast Milk Law/Regulations
  • You have successfully launched a major new product, building brand to leadership position and led advertising agency to develop strategy and campaign that achieved marketing and advertising objectives
  • You demonstrates experience in strategic planning, annual planning, product development, packaging, promotion, positioning, pricing, market research, converting market research insights into specific actions.
