grow the direct to consumer business and adapt existing models and brands for online, by disrupting, creating and challenging until you find smarter ways to engage our consumers.
…make sure every consumer interaction with us in the online world is great, by optimizing every consumer touch point – product page, pricing and packaging.
…ensure we put consumers first, test concepts faster, validate models quicker and accelerate our business, by structuring our product portfolio for maximum effect

You'll be responsible for...

…supporting the assessment of online potential of certain products and initiatives by taking price points, product USPs and seasonal volumes into consideration. And you take it even further by exploring whitespace opportunities for our power brands. 
…managing the innovation process and set-up. Your day-to-day business will be art work development for EU wide initiatives and communication with creative agencies, as well as collecting all relevant information to set-up products in our ERP system and our project management system Trackwise to follow up with relevant internal partners such as legal, regulatory & quality.
tracking launch status and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure proper launch time. As soon as our innovation is successfully in the market you support both the performance marketing and the retail team to ensure a proper roll-out at offline customers and innovation hand-over 
…coordinating and monitoring country alignments and feedback across markets in the EU and combine into presentations of initiatives

In addition you…
…have a Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Media or Business Administration and minimum two years practical experience ideally in a commercial (sales/marketing), eTailing, content management or project management environment
…have excellent quantitative capabilities and demonstrate strong problem solving skills 
…are a strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships both in English and German
…are a highly organized self-starter with a high level of proactivity, assertiveness, persuasiveness and creativity
…use Excel and Power Point on a daily basis, experience with SAP and/or other systems would be plus
