Taking forward a dedicated category strategy for one of our biggest national customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll manage negotiations, develop promotional strategies, and build relationships with buyers, field sales teams and category development managers. If you ever spot an opportunity make things better, you’ll take it. And by doing so, you’ll boost satisfaction as well as sales. 

You’ll be responsible for...
  • Market screening & potential assessment
    • Assess online potential of certain initiatives by taking price points, competitive set, product USPs and seasonal volumes into consideration.
    • Screen the market to explore further whitespace opportunities
  • Manage innovation set-up 
    • Ensure proper SKU set-up and support artwork development for EU wide initiatives 
    • Work with brand teams, regulatory, legal and trade mark to ensure brand fit & compliancy of products
  • Track implementation status of innovations
    • Ensure tracking of innovations after launch
    • Work with performance marketing and retail team to ensure proper roll-out and innovation hand-over
  • Coordinate and monitor country alignments & feedback
    • Support to gather EU country feedback and presentation of initiatives.
    • Act as an information hub to support countries in potential assessment and collect needed information (interest, volume & responsibilities)
  • Create & manage enhanced content for online retailers
    • Support graduate and work with our global and local marketing teams as well as external agencies to optimize existing content and ensure the timely roll-out of best in class enhanced content for new launches.
    • Continuously derive best practices and exchange learnings with RB’s global eCommerce unit
You'll succeed because...
  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years´ work experience in either commercial (sales/marketing), eTailing, content management, or project management environment, preferably with customer contact.
  • You successfully completed your Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media or Business Administration or have equivalent professional experience
  • You have a Digital @ Heart mentality with a passion for eTailing topics and enthusiasm for creating compelling content based on consumer insights combined with excellent quantitative capabilities. You are a problem solver with high result orientation and a strong communicator capable of building strong working relationships.
