As Facilities & Offices Services Manager (f/m/d) you will ensure a safe & pleasant work environment for RB’s employees by
taking care of Wellbeing & Safety.


We’ll depend on you to keep our production operations running like clockwork. Responsible for keeping our facilities safe, effective and efficient, Your tasks will be:

  • Office organization and office project management (construction, rent & lease)
    • Office services management and Office team people management
    • Office safety coordination, internal & external office audits
    • Health coordination incl. reporting to Global, Works Council, Authorities (e.g. BG, town, government)
    • Controlling and Planning of the Costcenter FM, Check & approval of FM invoices
    • Cooperation, contracts, controlling of Contractors for FM functions and other support functions like catering, safety trainings, occupational health consultancy, security with the support of Legal & Finance
    • Organizing & coordinating employee wellness programs like massages, nutrition presentations
    • Oversee fleet management
    • Ensuring regular updates to both Hygiene and Health Works councils concerning co-determined FM and H&S projects


You’ll succeed because…

…you believe that great companies need a great place to work. You’ve led facilities teams in production or manufacturing environments. You:

  • Have an apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Managementand/or Health & Safety Management, Procurement, Finance or similar education & experience (any certificates related to safety are a nice to have)
  • Have min. 2 years work experience (first experience in people management is a nice to have)
  • Have a continuous improvement mentality – constantly looking to drive performance
  • Are organised. You plan ahead and anticipate obstacles.
  • Can lead teams, colleagues and contractors to deliver their best. Every day
  • Are fluent in English and German
