In a fast paced and dynamic environment, you as a Global Regulatory Associate will manage and implement assigned projects and activities with an increased level of regulatory complexity and exposure to R&D as well as business partners. In this role the ability to influence is pivotal, as well as an excellent regulatory knowledge. You'll ...
… work closely within the R&D DishCare teams and as member of the global regulatory team ensure that projects and technologies are transferred seamlessly and supported to become successful launches.
… work on next generation products and ‘new news’ opportunities for existing products.
… generate - together with the Global Regulatory Manager and Senior Associate - the regulatory input on project briefs, claim discussions and highlight watch-outs as well as ensure that all regulatory related input is provided and consistent.
… develop a working commercial knowledge and a network with the Category Team(s) and Chemical Compliance Team(s) to understand their needs, thus ensuring proper response to business needs.
… use a wide breadth of view when analysing a problem whilst maintaining a focus on the objectives.

You’ll succeed because ...
... you have minimum a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, toxicology or similar science.
…you have at least 2 years of professional experience in the research & development or regulatory department of an FMCG company or in a relevant trade association.
… have a sound understanding of consumer needs and insights as well as competitors in FMCG industry.
… you have the ability to predict regulatory compliance of draft formula or packaging format in key global areas such as EU CLP / UN GHS, US CPSC, Canadian CCCR or Australian Poison Schedule.
… you have experience of working with and application of understanding of factories and/ or external 3rd parties, e.g. suppliers, requirements and obligations.
... you are proficient in English, German skills are an advantage.
… last but not least, you have ideally experience in key global inventories and dangerous transport regulations.
