And you:


  • have bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Media Management and/or Digital Communication and 2-3 years working experience in a media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company in a similar function
  • have in-depth knowledge on brand leadership and multiscreen media platforms and their users
  • have excellent knowledge of the media market, budget and media planning, media buying and research, excellent knowledge of the medium TV
  • are aware of the KPI’s needed to measure media effectiveness; can turn this into a workable success model and adapt accordingly to the markets individual requirements
  • have profound understanding of media research tools and an analytical approach to media and communication plan development
  • have record of good initiative and strong results delivery
  • are fluent in English

The role of a Junior Media Manager DACH/NORDICS HYGIENE/ HOME at RB is to promote the Media & Digital Marketing strategies across our Household brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway that:

1) are led for the region by German teams

  • work with the creative, media agency and brand teams and to develop best-in-class Audience Media Strategies (AMSs) from target group definition and touch point selection to example Media Laydowns, including but not limited to understanding how it fits with Comms Planning, Activation, and measurement across all paid media channels
  • understand how a multiscreen strategy and innovation work within the overall Brand Communications Strategy
  • working across teams to help develop measurement strategy that will offer the most robust insights to pay off brands Comms. Objectives
  • create best practices for content utilization in the multiscreen space
  • establish relationship with key partners in the Multiscreen space to determine opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships that drive results and keep us ahead of the curve

2) are led by other key markets to secure In Market Excellence (IMEX)

  • drive the local implementation process of the AMSs with the media agency and brand teams across all touch points
  • capture the analysis on effectiveness of media investments in order to recommend proper budget allocation for max. results
  • identify and share best demonstrated practice/learning’s within DACH Nordics and internationally
  • analyse competitor (digital) marketing strategies and use this to improve RBs campaign effectiveness/competitiveness
  • budget management and Controlling for markets
