Reward Analyst (f/m/d) - Hygiene 
Heidelberg, Baden-Wuerttemberg

You’ll help recognise performance and reward achievement. A varied role, you’ll drive a wide range of rewards projects. You’ll:

  • maintain the database for the Annual Performance Plan and Sales bonus process (variable pay) ensuring that all changes during the year are recorded and communication and payments are made according to schedule
  • be in charge of the administration and coordination of the Global Share Profit Plan program (company shares) and the maintenance of HR information systems 
  • provide all necessary Compensation & Benefits analyses and reports and lead data input for benchmarking surveys
  • be responsible for the annual salary review process, the administation of company pension and deferred compensation scheme as well as international transfers and assignments 

 

You’ll succeed because… 
…you’re highly numerate with excellent analytical skills. You have:

  • at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with focus on HR or Finance
  • minimum one year work-experience (internships not included) within a Compensation & Benefit role (ideally in FMCG environment)
  • a high system/tools affinity and are proficient in MS Excel
  • strong knowledge of the German tax and social law system as well as of payroll fundamentals
  • excellent English and very good German skills
