Joining a high-performing team, you’ll support them in delivering outstanding results. The work is varied and fast-paced. It will include routine tasks (that you’ll find better ways to complete) and also projects of varying complexity. Working independently to find the best way forward, you’ll take on a wide range of activities. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in keeping the team running smoothly. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Sales reports and sales analysis (eg. Customers Daily Sales, Ad Hoc sales performance, action plan execution, promo and price analysis)
  • Sales Operation Team Lead DACH support in Sell-in / Sell-out (inc. Listings, Promo, Distribution, Price) comparison and Sales forecast improvement
  • Create/maintain SKUs list for customers (new Items, Price Matrix, Images, Characteristics, Displays, new EAN codes)
  • Purchase order creation, budget management, invoice pro-cessing, net revenue analysis and target achievement con-trol (via SAP, Power BI, Nielsen, FCA) 
  • Support customer appointments, annual negotiation meetings and internal sessions preparation / follow-up
  • Maintain Sales materials, order Free Goods, manage sam-ples stock inc. shipment to customer
  • Travel Planning/Budget/Trade Fairs/Offsites/Workshops
  • Customer-specific tasks (e.g. product images; safety data sheets; competition analysis, etc.)
  • Management and ordering of office supplies 
  • Processing of the daily sales inbox
  • Taking over KAM assistance area during Team absence (eg Sell-Out Tracker, etc.)
You will succeed, because...
  • …you’ve demonstrated your ability to manage complex tasks in a fast moving environment. You know your way around MS Office. You’re organised and able to balance competing priorities with minimal supervision. You can manage confidential information discreetly and you love finding new ways to improve and simplify ways of working.  
  • ... you have successfully completed commercial training, preferably in a sales company
  • ... you have 2 years of professional experience in the commercial sector / experience as assistance in a sales environment
  • ... you have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of numbers and joy in dealing with analytical topics
  • ... you speak German and English fluently
