  • ... you have at least 3-4 years of working experience in Sales Operations in an FMCG company
  • ... you have project management experience, preferably basic finance or sales controlling experience
  • ... you shine with advanced knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Excel PowerQuery/PowerPivot, SAP, Microsoft PowerBI, CRM systems, and market data systems (e.g. Nielsen) 
  • ... you have strong communication and team working skills and are process-oriented to work on improvements
  • ... you speak both German and English fluently

You will...
  • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems on sales performance, promo efficiency and net reve-nue tracking, incl. sales conditions contracts.
  • Support and cross-check maintenance of master data in our systems (Accelerate, SAP, PowerBI) – customers, suppliers, products, price conditions, sales orders, promotions, etc.
  • Analyse, track and control KPIs for ongoing and planned pro-motions with collaboration and support for commercial and trade marketing Teams
  • Support SalesOps Lead in DACH sales forecasting processes, revenue growth management, customer review, etc. by the im-provement of our models and tracking/insights reports.
