QA Documents Analyst

Duties:

  • Create and modify Quality Master Documents for new and reformulated bases, premixes and finished products manufactured at the plant and/or at third party manufacturers. This includes submitting the appropriate change request documentation and obtaining the appropriate approvals
  • Work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain Process Engineering, and Quality Control to review draft formulations to assess risk and propose changes prior to approval
  • Develop testing programs based on the Product Development Formulation and Specifications, Infant Formula Act, International Regulatory Requirements, non-nutrient testing requirements and plant processes
  • Work closely with International Quality and Regulatory representatives to determine market requirements and Non-Nutrient specifications for new market introductions of existing products or new market specific products
  • Work with the Product Registration group to provide Certificates of Analysis or other documentation required for new market registration
  • Research and author Annual Product Review reports for all formulations produced by the plant as required by RB and regulations

 

       Qualifications:

 

  • College level courses with science background required. College degree preferred but similar work-related experience will be considered
  • Must be flexible, organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Ability to drive projects to completion within tight timelines
  • Must be able to utilize various computer software applications including GLIMS, SAP, OPTIVA, SA&R and others.
