Assistant Key Account Manager

Long Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – ie Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Trade Spend.
  • Building long term partnership with the customer and ensuring sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed in-store with excellence
  • Leading the execution of promotional strategy & sales initiatives of the customer to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation)
  • Monitoring and providing analysis as the source of new shoppers insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer
  • Managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy and the customer trading terms.
  • Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
  • Developing customer new product launch plans and ensuring successful implementation
  • Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of custom

 

Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with key multinational FMCG companies, background in infant formula is an advantage
  • Experience of influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations
  • Fast-paced, ambitious with strong negotiation & communications skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
